Your tasks:
Bridge builder: interface between customers and our internal operations processes
Ensuring customer satisfaction: You are responsible for looking after our existing customers and doing everything you can to ensure a satisfied and long-term business relationship.
Problem solver: You recognize where our customers’ shoes are pinched and independently come up with new, innovative solutions for the use of our products at the customer.
Active listener: You gather feedback and develop new features together with the product team.
Introduce processes: You develop new internal processes and introduce them independently.
KPI development: You know which figures are important and create independent reports.
What are you bringing with you?
Education: Background in the foundry industry or quality control or further processing of cast products.
Future-oriented: Great interest in manufacturing technologies and data-driven processes.
Team player: You work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Language skills: Fluent in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Enthusiasm: willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
