}<br \/>\n<\/style><\/p><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\"><div class=\"uncont\"><div class=\"uncode_text_column\"><h2>Packaging and shipping guidelines for suppliers to Castfast GmbH<\/h2><div class=\"cf-section\"><br><h3>1. scope of application<\/h3><div class=\"cf-list-item\">This guideline applies to all deliveries to Castfast GmbH, in particular castings and production parts in accordance with the orders submitted.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cf-section\"><br><h3>2. delivery bills &amp; labeling<\/h3><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Two delivery bills must be enclosed per packing unit &#8211; clearly visible on the outside and protected from the weather (e.g. in a transparent bag).<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Each delivery bill contains at least: CASTFAST order number, CASTFAST order number, CASTFAST article\/part number, drawing number according to the order document, quantity, description, sender, recipient.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Each package must be clearly labeled: unique package number, weight, dimensions and handling instructions such as &#8220;Caution fragile&#8221;, &#8220;Do not stack&#8221; or &#8220;Top side&#8221;.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cf-section\"><br><h3>3. packaging &amp; padding<\/h3><h4 class=\"cf-tight\">Smaller consignments (&lt; 30 kg):<\/h4><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Use sturdy, undamaged cardboard packaging.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Inner padding with shock-absorbing materials (e.g. bubble wrap, packaging chips, foam).<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; The interior must not contain any cavities that allow movement during transportation.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Additionally secure the outer packaging with protective foil or securely sealed adhesive tape.<\/div><h4 class=\"cf-tight\">Heavier consignments (\u2265 30 kg):<\/h4><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Packaging on a pallet (see section 4) is mandatory.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; The inner and outer packaging must be suitable for the mass and stability of the goods.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Sharp-edged or sensitive parts must be secured separately (e.g. with edge protection, foam supports, corrugated cardboard inserts).<\/div><p><\/p><div class=\"cf-list-item\"><h5 class=\"cf-tight\">General:<\/h5><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Packaging must provide protection against:<\/div><div class=\"cf-indent\">&#8211; mechanical loads (impact, vibration),<\/div><div class=\"cf-indent\">&#8211; environmental influences (humidity, temperature) and<\/div><div class=\"cf-indent\">&#8211; corrosion (for bare metal parts).<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Sensitive surfaces must be additionally secured if necessary.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Packaging consisting exclusively of stretch film may not be used.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cf-section\"><br><h3>4. palletizing &amp; securing<\/h3><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; From a weight of 30 kg per package, palletizing is required.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Standardized Euro or disposable pallets are permitted.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Goods must not protrude over the edge of the pallet.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; They are positioned centrally and evenly on the pallet.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; The goods must be secured with suitable securing means (e.g. tension belts, strapping). Stretch film alone is not sufficient. <\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Sharp-edged goods must be provided with edge protection &#8211; especially at the contact points with belts.<\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Optionally, additional protective devices such as pallet caps can be used to prevent stacking by third parties.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cf-section\"><br><h3>5. weight &amp; dimensions<\/h3><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Max. Weight per non-palletized package: 30 kg (higher weights only with approval). <\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Max. Weight per pallet: 950 kg, in exceptional cases up to 1,000 kg (for pallet cages). <\/div><div class=\"cf-list-item\">&#8211; Max. Pallet height: 1,050 mm.
